通过理论方法建立的激光熔覆几何特征模型,由于理想化假设不能客观反映实际工艺过程,导致模型的预测精度较低。为了提高模型精度,对基于试验回归分析的模型修正方法进行研究。通过分析理论模型主要参数的实际变化规律,提出通过试验回归分析方法来修正激光熔覆几何特征模型,并对修正模型的显著性和失拟性进行了检验,模型的拟合效果和回归效果都较高,试验验证结果表明,修正后的模型预测精度得到了大幅度的提高。
The laser cladded geometrical feature model established by the theoretical method can not objectively reflect the actual process because of the idealized assumption, resulting in a lower prediction accuracy of the model. In order to improve the accuracy of the model, the model correction method based on experimental regression analysis is studied. By analyzing the actual variation rule of the main parameters of the theoretical model, the geometrical feature model of the laser cladding is proposed through the experimental regression analysis method, and the significant and inadvertent properties of the revised model are tested.
