消防队员在救火时吸人烟雾对肺功能的影响各家意见不一。既往报告中的肺功能皆限于总的通气功能,反映不出小气道的情况。本文报告了应用呼吸空气和氦(80%)氧(20%)混合气体所测得流速-容量曲线来观察消防队员救火时烟雾吸入对肺功能的急性和慢性影响。计54名消防队员,年龄24~59岁,平均37岁。22名不吸烟(Ⅰ组),33名吸烟(Ⅱ组)。平均工龄为12年(Ⅰ组为16年,Ⅱ组为10年)。每名消防队员皆测定第一秒时间肺活量(FEV_1)及肺活量(FVC)。Ⅰ组17名,Ⅱ组26名还作了流速-容量曲线,按呼
