敌百虫对于杀灭成蝇的有效浓度为1:1000—2000。但敌百虫永溶液不稳定,易分解且携带不便,故我们采用了敌百虫灭蝇纸对灭蝇效果进行了观察,效果良好。试验的材料和方法一、材料:采用的敌百虫系山东张店农药厂出品的50%乙基敌百虫,以三种不同浓度、四种配方进行了试验。1号配方,系2%敌百虫100毫升加糖10克;2号配方,系1%敌百虫浓度100毫升加糖10克;3号配方,系0.5%敌百虫浓度100毫升加糖10克;4号配方,系0.5%敌百虫100毫升加糖5克。将以土药液配好后,用大张报纸裁成32张小纸(长13公分;宽9.5公分),用以上各液将报纸浸泡到湿透为止,然后晾干备用。在每张灭蝇纸上并注出1、2、3、4号字样。
