作者合成了22种苯环取代肉桂酸并进行药理筛选,其中8种具增强心肌摄~(86)Rb活性,10种具抗急性低压缺氧保护活性。对拟定的26种取代基参数进行R型聚类分析。选取每群中与活性的单相关系数最大的参数作为化学结构参数,作Bayes逐步两类判别分析,计算出增强心肌摄~(86)Rb活性的判别函数和抗急性低压缺氧活性的判别函数。结果两者不同,各自有其物理意义,为进一步研究提供理论基础,作者讨论了参数选择方法对判别函数计算的影响。
The authors synthesized 22 kinds of benzene ring substituted cinnamic acid and pharmacological screening, of which 8 kinds of enhanced myocardial uptake of (86) Rb activity, 10 with anti-acute hypobaric hypoxia protective activity. R-cluster analysis was performed on the proposed 26 kinds of substituent parameters. The parameters with the largest single correlation coefficient in each group were selected as the chemical structure parameters and used Bayesian stepwise discriminant analysis to calculate the discriminant function of enhanced myocardial uptake of (86) Rb and the discriminant function against acute hypobaric hypoxia . The results of the two different, each have their own physical significance, to provide a theoretical basis for further study, the author discusses the effect of parameter selection method on the calculation of discriminant functions.
