基于ABAQUS热-电耦合分析模块,建立了复合材料层压板结构雷电流作用下的仿真模型。通过计算雷击过程中的瞬态温度场分布并结合树脂基的热解行为,对复合材料层压板结构雷击烧蚀损伤进行模拟。在所建仿真模型基础上,对雷击过程中复合材料烧蚀损伤扩展行为进行了分析。结果表明:雷击过程中,复合材料损伤深度与损伤面积在雷击初始阶段迅速增加,随后变化缓慢;每一铺层的损伤在自身电流传导产生的阻性加热以及相互接触两层之间的热传导共同作用下具有方向性的不断扩展。
Based on the ABAQUS thermo-electric coupling analysis module, a simulation model of composite laminates with lightning current is established. By calculating the transient temperature distribution in the process of lightning strikes and combining with the pyrolysis behavior of the resin matrix, the lightning damage ablation of the composite laminate structure was simulated. Based on the simulation model built, the ablation damage propagation of composite materials during lightning strikes was analyzed. The results show that the damage depth and the damage area of the composite rapidly increase during the initial stage of lightning strikes during lightning strikes, and then change slowly. The damage of each ply is controlled by the resistive heating caused by the current conduction and the heat conduction between the two layers With the direction of the role of continuous expansion.
