为明确哈尔滨市水稻抗瘟基因利用价值和水稻品种抗瘟基因型情况,应用常规接种,结合SSR(simple sequence repeat)标记复检。结果显示,供试的24个抗瘟基因中,利用价值最高的抗瘟基因为pi-9(t)、pi-ta2、pi-Z5和pi-12(t),利用价值最低的抗瘟基因为pi-a、pi-ta、pi-i和pi-kp。12个水稻品种中出现抗瘟基因12个。其中,抗瘟基因pi-k出现频率最高,龙稻5号可能含有pi-ks、pi-1、pi-19和pi-sh等4个基因,五优稻4号可能含有pi-k、pi-7和pi-19 3个基因,东农425可能含有pi-a、pi-k和pi-7 3个基因,绥粳7号、龙盾105和龙粳21等可能只含有上述基因中的1个。
In order to clarify the utilization value of rice blast resistance genes and the resistance genotypes of rice cultivars in Harbin, conventional inoculation and SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers were used for retesting.
