大豆磷脂是精炼大豆油的副产品,其分子中含有磷脂酸胆碱,具有促进动物对油脂的消化吸收,提高机体的免疫力,改善肉质等重要的生理功能,是良好的天然饲料添加剂。日本北海道水生动物研究所经过分类试验和数据统计分析,提出了水产饲料中大豆磷脂的最佳添加量。试验用的大豆磷脂,其含水量小于22%、丙酮不溶物大于4.5%、乙醚不溶物小于4%,pH 值小于5.5。大豆磷脂在淡水鱼饲料中的最佳添加量为 4.5%~5.5%,在咸水鱼饲料中的最佳添加量为3.5%~4.0%,在虾类饲料中的最佳添加量为5.0%~6.0%。
