目的:探讨慢性肺心病患者血小板功能的变化。方法:观察了25例慢性肺心病患者血小板α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)、血小板的黏附、聚集功能、血浆血栓索B2、von Willebrand因子和D-二聚体的变化,并对上述各指标与正常人群组进行比较。结果:慢性肺心病患者血小板GMP-140、血浆血栓素B2、von Willebrand因子显著高于对照组(P均<0.001),慢性肺心病患者血小板功能较正常人明显增强。结论:慢性肺心病患者体内血小板被激活,功能增强,血小板参与了慢性肺心病的病理过程。
Objective: To investigate the changes of platelet function in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Methods: The changes of platelet α-granular membrane protein (GMP-140), platelet adhesion and aggregation, plasma thrombus B2, von Willebrand factor and D-dimer in 25 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were observed. The index is compared with the normal population. Results: The platelet GMP-140, plasma thromboxane B2 and von Willebrand factor in patients with chronic cor pulmonale were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P <0.001). The platelet function in patients with chronic cor pulmonale was significantly higher than that in normal subjects. Conclusion: Platelet is activated and its function is enhanced in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Platelets are involved in the pathological process of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
