目的建立利用色谱-质谱同时测定农药生产场所空气中苯、正庚烷、甲苯、正辛烷、乙酸丁酯、氯苯、乙苯、间二甲苯、苯乙烯、正壬烷、丙烯酸丁酯、对氯甲苯、丙烯酸异戊酯、对二氯苯、邻二氯苯、硝基苯的方法。方法用活性炭管采集农药生产场所中的空气,二硫化碳解析后进样,经Rtx-5MS柱分离,利用气相色谱-质谱检测,其浓度在全扫描模式(Scan)或选择离子扫描模式(Sim)下用标准曲线法进行定量。结果 16种有机物分离良好,相关系数均>0.9995,各组分的检出限在0.03μg/ml~1.28μg/ml之间,方法加标回收率为93.9%~106.5%,精密度为1.09%~6.72%,样品可在室温下至少稳定保存7 d,其损失率<10%。结论该方法准确度高、灵敏度高、具有较低的检出限,适用于同时测定农药生产场所的多种有机化合物。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of benzene, n-heptane, toluene, n-octane, butyl acetate, chlorobenzene, ethylbenzene, m-xylene, styrene, n-nonane, P-chlorotoluene, isoamyl acrylate, p-dichlorobenzene, o-dichlorobenzene, nitrobenzene. Methods The air in the pesticide production site was collected by activated charcoal tube. After carbon disulfide was analyzed, the sample was taken and separated by Rtx-5MS column. The concentration of the sample was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) under the condition of full scan mode or selective ion scan mode The standard curve method for quantification. Results The 16 organic compounds were separated well with the correlation coefficients> 0.9995. The detection limits were 0.03μg / ml ~ 1.28μg / ml. The recoveries were 93.9% -106.5% and the precision was 1.09% ~ 6.72%, the sample can be stored at room temperature for at least 7 days, the loss rate <10%. Conclusion The method has high accuracy, high sensitivity and low detection limit and is suitable for simultaneous determination of many organic compounds in pesticide production sites.
