本文报告酒精注射治疗肾囊肿21例，治疗过程采用B超引导，按公式计算囊肿容积及注入无水酒精量，术后6月复查，囊肿全部消失，并讨论了囊肿的发生率，酒精的作用机理，疗效分析及治疗方法的选择。认为本法适于基层医院使用。
In this paper, 21 cases of renal cysts treated by alcohol injection were reported. The course of treatment was guided by B ultrasound. The volume of cysts and the amount of anhydrous ethanol were calculated according to the formula. After 6 months of review, the cysts disappeared completely. The incidence of cysts and the effect of alcohol Mechanism, efficacy analysis and treatment options. That this law is suitable for primary hospital use.
