目的:观察麝香保心丸联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性早搏的疗效。方法:64例冠心病室性早搏的病人随机分成麝香保心丸联合美托洛尔(治疗组),美托洛尔组(对照组),观察治疗前后临床症状和室性早搏改善情况。结果:治疗组的临床疗效为97.06%,动态心电图总有效率为91.18%,明显优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合美托洛尔能明显提高冠心病室性早搏治疗的效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with metoprolol on premature ventricular contractions in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Sixty-four patients with ventricular premature beats in coronary heart disease were randomly divided into three groups: methotrexate plus metoprolol (metoprolol) and metoprolol (control group). The clinical symptoms and premature ventricular contractions were observed before and after treatment. Results: The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 97.06%, the total effective rate of dynamic electrocardiogram was 91.18%, which was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with metoprolol can significantly improve the efficacy of premature ventricular contractions in patients with coronary heart disease.
