食用豆种质繁种更新是“六五”至“九五”期间国家科技攻关计划子专题的重要研究内容,本文提出研究中的3个技术关键。 1.采用活动网室隔离技术以及种植与秋播食用豆同期开花的油菜的方法、扩大品种间种植距离的方法,对繁种种质防杂保纯。 2.分析食用豆各豆种种皮变化的原因及其一般规律,提出保持种皮色泽的方法和种皮色泽鉴定的正确方法。 3.针对食用豆各类豆象危害的特点,提出相应的灭虫技术,保证国家种质库的种子质量。
The updating of the variety of edible bean germplasm is an important research content of the sub-topic of national scientific and technological research plan during the period of “65” to “95”, and the article puts forward three technical key points in this study. 1. The use of active network compartment isolation technology and the cultivation of autumn perennial edible flowering rapeseed oil method, to expand the planting distance between methods, the variety of anti-hybrid breeding pure. Analyze the reason and general rule of the change of the bean skin of edible beans, and put forward the correct method to maintain the color of the seed coat and the color identification of the seed coat. According to the characteristics of all kinds of legumes hazards of edible beans, put forward the corresponding extermination technology to ensure the seed quality of the national genebank.
