目的考察空军招飞一平台基本能力测试新试题与原试题的差异性;比较DXC-5型和DXC-W型心理测评设备的差异;分析基本能力测试中存在的性别差异。方法采用完全随机设计的方法,对1220名入校3个月的大学生进行9项基本能力测试。采用多样本均数间的多重比较方法,比较4套新试题(分别用T1、T2、T3、T4表示)与原试题(T0)的差异;采用两样本t检验,比较设备和性别差异。结果除了判别方向(T3&T4)、选词配对(T1&T2)、找规律填数(T2&T3&T4),其余各项测试新试题与原试题间没有显著差异(P>0.05);两设备在各项测试上没有显著差异(P>0.05);性别在加法计算(t=2.760,P<0.01)、比较刻度(t=-2.629,P<0.01)、组合图形(t=-2.524,P<0.05)、判别方向(t=-3.673,P<0.01)上,差异有显著性意义。结论试题库需进一步修改完善;DXC-W型心理测评设备已经可以推广使用;性别引起的差异需关注。
Objective To investigate the differences between the new test questions and the original test questions of the Basic Ability Test of Air Force Recruiting and One Platform. To compare the differences between the DXC-5 and DXC-W psychological test equipment and to analyze the gender differences in the basic ability test. Methods A completely randomized design method was used to test 9 basic abilities of 1220 undergraduates admitted to school for 3 months. Multiple comparisons among sample means were used to compare the differences between the four sets of new questions (T1, T2, T3 and T4, respectively) and the original questions (T0). Two-sample t-test was used to compare equipment and gender differences. The results showed that there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the other test items and the original test items except the discriminant direction (T3 & T4), word matching (T1 & T2) (T = -2.629, P <0.01), combined graph (t = -2.524, P <0.05), and the discriminant direction (t = -3.673, P <0.01), the difference was significant. Conclusion The test question bank needs to be further revised and improved; the DXC-W type psychological test device has been widely used; the difference caused by gender needs attention.
