为了解在强制戒毒过程中,外周血自然杀伤细胞(NKC)活性及单个核细胞分泌的IL-2 活性变化,以及外周血清中IL-6 及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)水平的变化,对51 例吸毒成瘾者采用生物活性测定法(MTT)测定了NKC活性及IL-2活性,用ELISA法测定了外周血清中IL-6 及TNFα水平。结果:海洛因依赖者NKC30.11±5.2% ;IL-2 8.06±1.66IU/m l;IL-6 61.17±12.07pg/m l;TNFα91.83±19.19pg/m l。正常对照上述各项指标分别为44.89±4.75% ,15.91±3.83IU/m l,22.18±9.31pg/m l,30.55±11.94pg/m l。经强制戒毒后NKC和IL-2 活性及IL-6 和TNFα水平逐渐恢复正常,与戒毒时间呈明显相关。
To understand the changes of natural killer cell (NKC) activity in peripheral blood and IL-2 secretion secreted by mononuclear cells and the changes of IL-6 and TNFα levels in peripheral blood during compulsory treatment, In the case of drug addicts, NKC activity and IL-2 activity were measured by bioactivity assay (MTT). The levels of IL-6 and TNFα in peripheral blood serum were determined by ELISA. Results: The heroin addicts NKC 30.11 ± 5.2%; IL-2 8.06 ± 1.66 IU / ml; IL-6 61.17 ± 12.07 pg / ml; TNFα 91.83 ± 19.19 pg / m l. The above indicators of the normal control were 44.89 ± 4.75%, 15.91 ± 3.83IU / ml, 22.18 ± 9.31pg / ml, 30.55 ± 11.94pg / ml, respectively. The NKC and IL-2 activity and the levels of IL-6 and TNFα gradually returned to normal after compulsory drug treatment, and were significantly correlated with the time of detoxification.
