目前胜利油田轨道式空心配水器年用量在800套以上。这种配水器在现场应用过程中,由于井脏、负压等原因,经常出现换向不灵、无法正常注水,以至最后起出管柱重新作业等问题,增加了作业成本,延长了作业占井时间。通过分析,认为造成这种现象的主要原因是机械结构在井下工作可靠性较差。将机械控制式结构改为液压控制式结构,利用坐封过程中控制活塞暂时不越过注水孔,泄压后弹簧的弹力将注水活塞自动推到注水状态的设计思路,研制成功了免投捞式ZKP型空心配水器,封隔器坐封过程中不用投捞死芯子,简化了压缩封隔器管柱完井施工工序,降低了作业成本,提高了作业效率和质量。到目前为止,现场共应用354井次,一次作业成功率98.7%,注水层段合格率87.2%。
