本工作将 Apple Ⅱ 微机同 A/D、D/A 转换器结合,建立了多参数控制的电化学极化信号发生器和数据采集软、硬件系统。该系统同自装的恒电位仪及相应开关电路联用,实现了电化学控制与测量的自动化。自装恒电位仪由具有极高输入阻抗和超低偏流的运算放大器构成,可以测定超低电流和高内阻电位信号,适用于生物电化学研究。
This work will be Apple Ⅱ microcomputer with A / D, D / A converter combined to establish a multi-parameter control of electrochemical polarization signal generator and data acquisition software and hardware systems. The system with the self-installed potentiostat and the corresponding switch circuit used in conjunction to achieve the electrochemical control and measurement automation. Self-loading constant potentiometer with high input impedance and ultra-low bias current operational amplifier can be measured ultra-low current and high resistance potential signal, suitable for bio-electrochemical research.
