工程概况工程位于北京市朝阳区王四营乡,占地面积7.32公顷,批准概算31.94亿元,竣工决算31.89亿元。由华能国际电力股份有限公司等三家单位出资兴建,由天津电建等四家单位参建。采用两台东方电气与日本三菱合作生产的M701F4燃机和一台背压供热-凝汽式汽轮机,组成一套“二拖一”联合循环供热机组。联合循环机组发电出力952MW,供热能力662MW,最大热效率88.77%,发电煤耗138g/KWh,厂用电率1.378%。工程2010年8月6日开工建设,2011年12月26日正式投产。设计理念工程遵循“创新、高效、绿色、环保”的设计理念,本着“安全可靠、经济适用、系统优化、技术先进”的设计原则,通过优化设计和科学创新,实现经济效益、社会效益和环保效益的有机统一。
