试验旨在研究发酵豆粕替代部分鱼粉对中华鳖生长性能和非特异性免疫的影响。选用初始均质量为(4.0±1.0)g的稚甲1 400只,随机分成7组,每组4个重复,每重复50只。配制发酵豆粕替代量分别为0、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%和30%(分别记为P0、P5、P10、P15、P20、P25及P30组)的7种等能等氮试验饲料。试验期60 d。结果表明:鱼粉被发酵豆粕部分替代后能促进中华鳖生长性能的提升,当替代量为15%时,中华鳖的增重率(WGR)、成活率(SR)、饵料系数(FC)、摄食率(FI)和特定生长率(SGR)均达到最高(P<0.05);不同的发酵豆粕替代水平均不会对中华鳖的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量产生显著差异(P>0.05);中华鳖的非特异性免疫不会由于部分鱼粉的替代产生显著影响,与对照组相比,当替代量小于15%时,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和溶菌酶活性(LZM)均没有产生显著差异(P>0.05)。试验结果可知,发酵豆粕可适量替代中华鳖配合饲料中的鱼粉,且适宜替代量为15%。
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of substituting some of the fishmeal with fermented soybean meal on growth performance and nonspecific immunity of soft-shelled turtles. A total of 1 400 larvae with the initial average mass of (4.0 ± 1.0) g were randomly divided into 7 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 50 replicates in each group. Seven kinds of isoforms with fermented soybean meal substitutes of 0, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% (denoted P0, P5, P10, P15, P20, P25 and P30, respectively) Nitrogen test feed. Test period 60 d. The results showed that the partial replacement of fishmeal with fermented soybean meal could promote the growth performance of Chinese soft-shelled turtle. When the replacement amount was 15%, the WGR, survival rate (SR), dietary fiber (FC) (FI) and specific growth rate (SGR) were the highest (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in water, crude protein, crude fat and crude ash content between different fermented soybean meal substitutes (P> 0.05). The nonspecific immunity of soft-shelled turtle did not change significantly due to the replacement of some fish meal. Compared with the control group, the superoxide dismutase (SOD), alkaline phosphatase (AKP) , Acid phosphatase (ACP) and lysozyme activity (LZM) did not produce significant differences (P> 0.05). The results showed that fermented soybean meal could replace the fishmeal in the feed of Chinese soft-shelled turtle by proper amount, and the suitable replacement amount was 15%.
