当一项裁员发生时,最容易带来的负面结果就是由此而带来的组织困境,中外企业概莫如是。经济下滑,市场受阻,裁员解困,成为当前很多企业的真实写照。虽然企业对于裁员问题讳莫如深,但是不可否认,裁员已经发生,而其所产生的或积极或消极的影响正在蔓延。而企业所能做的就是正视裁员,正规裁员,平稳过渡。因此,企业明确裁员的原因、对象,在裁员的过程中尽量降低损失并保障裁员后企业的正常运作是每个企业的必修课。为此,本刊特别邀请到吴涛及王欣丽两位老师,请他们从人力资源管理的角度带我们共同问诊裁员。
