通过对27SiMn钢不同温度下的亚温淬火与常温热处理工艺对比试验研究,得到较理想的调质处理工艺,并分析了27SiMn钢亚温淬火后的金相组织及强韧化机理。
By comparing the experimental research on sub-temperature quenching and normal temperature heat treatment of 27SiMn steel at different temperatures, the ideal quenching process is obtained, and the microstructure and strengthening and toughening mechanism of 27SiMn steel after sub-temperature quenching are analyzed.
