汉语拼音方案公布以后,在拼音字母为汉字注音的排字、校对等工作上,发生比较多的困难。印刷部门除了过去曾排过西文书刊的,还能一般地适应这个工作,其他没有这套设备的印刷厂,要完成这种任务,就会增加不少麻烦。目前各地正在使用汉语拼音字母进行扫盲的巩固与提高的工作,为了这个工作,必须出版大量的注音报纸和图书,来供应广大的读者,但由于排字、校对、标调等项工作上,存在不少问题,造成出版物不能及时供应,使扫盲的巩固工作遭受到一些影响。
