采用电解充氢方法,研究了低碳钢在氢环境中,短裂纹疲劳扩展规律。结果表明:在相同△K值下,da/dN与腐蚀疲劳相比,提高了约一个数量级:△Kth(H)≈105N/mm3/2;金相分析表明:裂纹以沿晶和穿晶混合型扩展。其形态与腐蚀疲劳裂纹有显著的差别。
Electrolytic hydrogen charging method was used to study the fatigue crack growth of short cracks in mild steel under hydrogen atmosphere. The results show that da / dN increases by about one order of magnitude compared with corrosion fatigue at the same value of ΔK: ΔKth (H) ≈105 N / mm3 / 2. Metallographic analysis shows that the crack is composed of intergranular and transcrystalline Extended. The morphology and corrosion fatigue cracks have significant differences.
