1964年以来,有人提出V_1导联P波终末电势负值增加时,对冠心病诊断有一定价值。近十余年来,国内外关于Pv_1终末电势值对冠心病的诊断意义仍有争论。 我们收集了临床上确诊冠心病的107例心电图进行Pv_1终末电势值的测量,企图探讨Pv_1终末电势值测量对冠心病诊断的价值。
Since 1964, it was suggested that the V_1 lead P wave end potential negative increase, the diagnosis of coronary heart disease have some value. In the past ten years, there is still controversy about the diagnostic significance of Pv_1 terminal potential on coronary heart disease. We collected 107 cases of clinically diagnosed coronary heart disease electrocardiogram Pv_1 terminal potential values in an attempt to explore the determination of Pv_1 potential value of the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
