There is another kind of “alignment with international standards” that is approaching us with unavoidable trends. That is two common words - learning. In Malaysia, Jianyou Qiang, the chief executive director of Narita Library, founded a truly “learning enterprise,” which resulted in a company with 28 employees earning $3.5 million a year. Their theory is on the right foot – in the era when intelligence is the main economic resource, learning faster than the competition is the most fundamental ability to compete.
