学校的内涵发展是一种以提升教育教学质量为目的,通过科学有效的指导,教师间相互协作,最终形成学校内驱力的发展。在加快新农村建设步伐和深入推进新课程改革的背景下,农村小学的内涵发展虽然在一定程度上有了很大的提升,但由于受到区域位置、师资水平、课程资源等诸多因素的影响,学校内涵发展仍有较大的阻力。
