在对自行车曲柄锥形方孔的工艺性分析之后,决定采用挤压工艺成形曲柄锥形方孔。介绍了锥形方孔挤压模的结构及工作过程,介绍了模具设计。并对生产中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,保证了零件方孔的尺寸精度,使凸模的使用寿命由原来的不足800件,提高到15000件。减少了换模次数,提高了挤压曲柄毛坯锥形方孔的生产效率,满足了零件大批量生产的要求。同时,其对同类型零件的加工能提供借鉴。
After analyzing the crater square hole of the bicycle crank, it was decided to use the extrusion process to form the crank taper square hole.
