作者于1994~1996年进行了褐飞虱及其天敌对甲基异柳磷敏感性测定、甲基异柳磷对水稻组织结构的影响及甲基异柳磷对水稻体内氨基酸的影响等3个试验。结果表明:甲基异柳磷对褐飞虱及其天敌的杀伤力差异很大;施用甲基异柳磷后,能影响水稻表皮及附属物(硅质乳突及刚刺毛)的粗糙性及坚硬度,降低抗御病虫害能力;施用甲基异柳磷后,水稻体内与褐飞虱生长关系密切的6种氨基酸含量的变化,满足了褐飞虱的需求,引起稻飞虱增殖。
In 1994 to 1996, the authors tested the sensitivity of methyl-isofloxacin to the brown planthopper and its natural enemies, the effects of methyl-isoflurane on the structure of rice, and the effects of methyl-isoflurane on the amino acids in rice.
