目的应用品管圈的管理方法,提高静脉药物配置中心的工作质量。方法将品管圈的管理模式应用到静脉药物配置中心,以熟练的QC手法进行为期半年的品质管理活动。结果通过开展降低静脉药物配置中心排药差错件数的主题活动,使排药差错件数从47件/周降低至20.5件/周,达标率115.22%,进步率56.38%。结论品管圈活动降低了排药差错件数,提升了医疗服务质量。
Objective To apply the method of management of quality control loop and improve the quality of work of intravenous drug distribution center. Methods The quality control circle management mode was applied to the intravenous drug distribution center, with a skilled QC practices for a period of six months of quality management activities. Results Through the theme activities of reducing the number of drug discharge error in intravenous drug distribution center, the number of discharge errors was reduced from 47 / week to 20.5 / week with the compliance rate of 115.22% and the rate of progress of 56.38%. Conclusions QA activities reduced the number of errors in dispensing and improved the quality of medical services.
