目的:采用HPLC法研究并建立磐安产小叶型延胡索的化学指纹图谱鉴别方法。方法:Ultimate LP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-三乙胺乙酸溶液(每1000mL水中加冰乙酸30mL、三乙胺8mL)二元梯度洗脱,体积流量0.8mL/min,检测波长280nm,进样量20μL,柱温35℃。结果:以延胡索乙素峰为参照峰,确定了11个共有峰,建立了小叶型延胡索的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:本法操作简便,重现性好,可用于小叶型延胡索的质量控制及评价。
OBJECTIVE: To study and establish the chemical fingerprinting identification method of Panax producing Prunella corydalis by HPLC. Methods: A binary gradient of Ultimate LP-C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm, 5μm), acetonitrile-triethylamine acetic acid solution (30mL glacial acetic acid per 1000mL water and 8mL triethylamine) , Detection wavelength 280nm, injection volume 20μL, column temperature 35 ℃. Results: With the reference peak of tetrahydropalmatine, 11 common peaks were identified and the HPLC fingerprint of mitochondrion was established. Conclusion: This method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for quality control and evaluation of mitral corydalis.
