通过免疫组化LSAB法对62例胃癌标本进行EGF和EGFR同步检测,发现两者同步表达率为33.8%。两者同步表达的胃癌其恶性程度高,浸润程度深,易出现淋巴结转移。胃癌的发展过程中可能存在一种EGF-EGFR自泌机制,这一机制促使癌细胞自主失控生长,两者同步表达更能反映胃癌的生物学行为。
The simultaneous detection of EGF and EGFR in 62 gastric cancer specimens by immunohistochemical LSAB method revealed that the synchronous expression rate was 33.8%. The simultaneous expression of the two gastric cancers has a high degree of malignancy, deep infiltration, and prone to lymph node metastasis. There may be an EGF-EGFR autocrine mechanism during the development of gastric cancer. This mechanism promotes the cancer cells to grow out of control, and the simultaneous expression of the two can better reflect the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
