目的:优选复方芸归颗粒处方药材的提取工艺。方法:以方中君药当归活性成分阿魏酸、枳壳的活性成分柚皮苷提取量为评价指标,高效液相色谱法定量,采用L9(34)正交设计试验法,对复方芸归颗粒制备过程中的水提取工艺进行研究。结果:该颗粒剂水提取最佳工艺条件为加水量分别为12,10倍,浸泡1 h,提取1.5 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定可行,适合于工业化生产,为复方芸归颗粒制剂的研究奠定了基础。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of prescription Yifu granules. Methods: The active components of ferulic acid and Fructus Aurantii as the active ingredients of Fang Zhongjun medicinal angelica ferulic acid, the extract of naringin as evaluation index, high performance liquid chromatography quantitative, L9 (34) orthogonal design test method, the compound yunui particles The process of water extraction process was studied. Results: The optimal conditions of water extraction were 12, 10 times of water addition, soaking for 1 h and extraction for 1.5 h. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible, suitable for industrial production, which lays the foundation for the research of Fufang yunui granule preparation.
