目的:观察青皮对离体结肠平滑肌运动的影响。方法:用生理记录仪同时记录安置在各灌流肌槽中的大鼠结肠头端和尾端纵、环行肌肌条的收缩活动。结果:青皮可明显减小各肌条的收缩波平均振幅,减慢收缩频率;六烃季胺、心得安、酚妥拉明、消炎痛和L-NNA均不能阻断其抑制作用。结论:青皮可能通过对平滑肌的直接作用或其他途径来抑制大鼠离体结肠平滑肌肌条的收缩活动。
Objective: To observe the effect of peel on the movement of isolated colonic smooth muscle. METHODS: The contractile activity of the longitudinal and circumflex muscle strips of the colon of the rat colonized in the perfusion ducts was recorded simultaneously using a physiological recorder. RESULTS: The mean amplitude of the contraction wave of all muscle strips was significantly decreased and the frequency of contraction was slowed down. The effects of hexahydrocarbyl quaternary amine, propranolol, phentolamine, indomethacin, and L-NNA could not be blocked. CONCLUSION: The scalp may inhibit the contractile activity of rat isolated colonic smooth muscle strips by direct action on smooth muscle or other pathways.
