φ140无缝钢管生产线采用先进的二辊锥形辊穿孔机、新型全浮动轧制方式的Assel轧管机、14架三辊定减径机进行生产,工艺水平先进、设备一流。电气传动及控制主要完成对整个机组的过程控制和调节,完成生产线中相关设备之间的工艺联结、连锁,以保证整个机组设备能够按照生产和工艺要求正常、准确地进行相应的有序动作。针对这一要求本文提出运用工业以太网技术达到系统要求。
φ140 seamless steel pipe production line using advanced two-roll conical roller piercing machine, the new full-floating Assel rolling mill, 14 three-roll denier reduction machine for the production of advanced technology, first-class equipment. Electrical transmission and control mainly complete the process control and regulation of the entire unit to complete the process connection and chain between the related equipment in the production line so as to ensure that the entire unit equipment can perform normal and accurate normal and appropriate orderly actions according to the requirements of production and process. In response to this request, this paper proposes to use industrial Ethernet technology to meet system requirements.
