我们凌桥镇位于浦东新区最北端、黄浦江与长江交汇处,三面环水,紧靠外高桥保税区。从1992年开始,我镇镇村企业积极推行股份合作制。目前为止,全镇镇村两级135个企业,除了不宜转为股份合作制的中外合资企业、国集联营企业、福利企业和少数低利亏损企业外,已有81个改为股份合作制企业,占企业总数的60％。 全镇81个合作制企业,初始股本总额为9451.17万元。其中集体参股控股的企业有24个,参股金额1165.90万元,占总额的12.34％;个人股为6224.67万元,占总额的
Lingqiao Town is located at the northernmost tip of the Pudong New Area and at the junction of the Huangpu River and the Yangtze River. It is surrounded by water on three sides and close to the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Since 1992, towns and villages in our town have actively promoted the stock cooperative system. So far, 135 enterprises at the two levels of towns and towns in the town have changed from 81 to joint-stock cooperative enterprises, except for Chinese-foreign joint ventures, state-owned joint ventures, welfare enterprises, and a few low-profit-loss enterprises that are not suitable for the joint-stock cooperative system.
