随着我国经济改革的进行,各个企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业想要在这样的条件下生存与发展,就必须完善自身管理,提升企业综合竞争力。企业的各个部门是需要依靠人力进行运转的,人力资源管理的重要性由此而凸显出来,如果企业人力资源管理不严格,造成管理上的混乱,那么企业的发展壮大也就无从谈起了。因此,企业需要重视人力资源管理,加强人力资源管理,保证自身的人力资源管理能够起到作用,促进企业的发展。
