使用透射电子显微镜(TEM),研究了一种沉淀强化合金MonelK-500合金中沉淀相的形态、分布、粗化等行为.结果表明,即使长期时效,沉淀相仍保持球形形态,且均匀分布,反映了沉淀相-基体间极低的错配性;沉淀相的粗化是一体扩散过程,受Al,Ti原子在Ni-Cu基体上的扩散控制;合金的时效硬化来源于沉淀相对位错的阻碍作用,重要的影响因素是沉淀相的尺寸和体积分数
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to investigate the morphology, distribution and coarsening of the precipitated phase in a precipitation strengthened alloy, MonelK-500. The results show that the precipitated phase remains spherical and uniformly distributed even under long-term aging, which shows the very low mismatch between the precipitated phase and the matrix. The coarsening of the precipitated phase is an integrated diffusion process.
