宫颈成熟与否对引产、分娩有着极其密切的关系。促宫颈成熟即软化宫颈方法很多,其中我国临床实际中常用的有乳头按摩法、小剂量催产素法、雌激素注射法。有些单位用安定凝胶法、前列腺素法、DHEA—S(硫酸脱氢表雄酮)静注法等。雌激素注射法是软化宫颈、促成熟的老方法,其药源丰富、方法简便、效果较好,常被临床使用。多在宫颈成熟度评分要(?)分以下时,用苯甲酸雌二醇(E_2)注射液6mg 及雌三醇(E_(?))10mg 每日3次肌注,连用3天。用药后宫颈成熟度评分达7～8分。这给下一步
