二十世纪八十年代中期以来,厦门市中医院积极开展对台中医药学术交流和中医药培训,建立了海峡两岸中医药交流平台,取得了良好的反响,成为国家中医药管理局设在厦门的唯一开展两岸中医药交流基地。
Since the mid-1980s, Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine actively conducted academic exchanges and training of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for Taichung Medicine and established a platform for exchange of traditional Chinese medicine between both sides of the Taiwan Strait. It has achieved good repercussions and became a state authority for the establishment of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xiamen The only cross-Strait exchange of traditional Chinese medicine bases.
