目的 :探讨网络CTM教学法在成人高等教育妇产科护理学课程中的应用效果。方法 :选择我校2012级成人护理专业2个专升本班级的学生,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用网络CTM教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。教学结束后对两组学生采用考核与问卷调查相结合的方法进行教学效果评价。结果:实验组期末考核平均分及优秀率均高于对照组(P<0.05),不及格率低于对照组(P<0.05);授课结束后实验组自主学习能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:网络CTM教学模式适应成教教学特点,能提高成人高等教育妇产科护理学教学质量,提高学生自主学习能力,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of CTM method in adult obstetrics and gynecology nursing course. Methods: Two undergraduate students who graduated from adult nursing major in 2012 in our school were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted CTM method and the control group adopted traditional teaching method. Teaching after the end of the two groups of students using the method of combining assessment and questionnaire evaluation of teaching effectiveness. Results: The average score and the excellent rate of the final examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the failure rates were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After the class was over, the score of self-learning ability was higher in the experimental group than in the control group <0.05). Conclusion: The network CTM teaching mode adapts to the characteristics of adult teaching, which can improve the teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in adult higher education and enhance students’ autonomous learning ability, which is worth to be popularized.
