海禁问题是理解中国晚期封建社会的关键问题之一。近三十年来,国内史学者围绕海禁问题进行了大量的研究工作,取得了丰硕的成果,但问题并未最终解决,有关明代海禁政策的产生和影响还有待于更深一步的研究。笔者曾于1984年发表了《明代海禁政策产生的原因及其影响》一文,对明代海禁政策的产生和影响作了初步的探讨,引起了史学界的关注,这次再就这一问题做进一步的讨论,以求教于广大史学工作者。
The ban on sea is one of the key issues for understanding the late feudal society in China. In the past thirty years, many domestic historians have done a great deal of research work on the ban on the sea and achieved fruitful results. However, the problem has not been solved in the end. The emergence and impact of the sea ban policy in the Ming Dynasty have yet to be further studied. In 1984, the author published an article entitled “Causes and Effects of the Prohibition of Sea Ban Policy in the Ming Dynasty”. This article made a preliminary study on the emergence and influence of the sea ban policy in the Ming Dynasty, which aroused the attention of historians. This time, Discussion, to seek advice in the majority of historians.
