一、说明自从1964年7月我部發出“精簡中学物理教学大綱(草案)和課本的指示”以后,一年多以來,各地仍普遍反映物理教材分量重,而以高中二、三年級為尤重。一般感到高中二、三年級的物理教材在教学計劃所规定的教学時數內很难完成教学任務(高中三年級更緊)。这样教師便不得不趕進度,不能進行透徹的講解,更不能在課堂上更好地進行複習和鞏固,因而不僅影响了教学質量的提高,而且还加重了学生的負担。我部也曾考慮到適当增加高中二、三年级物理的教学時數,但經过仔細考慮的結果,認為因教材分量重而形成的学生在学習上的困难和負担过重,决不是僅从增加教学時数所能解决的,而从全国範圍看來,增加了教学時数無論如何也必須增加一批教師,这在目前物理教師已感缺乏的情况下,实際上也是一
