核桃的食用价值、药用价值和经济价值都很高,传统的青核桃脱皮方法是堆沤脱皮,果实污染率高,对坚果商品品质影响较大,市场竞争力差。采用机械脱皮能够减少果实污染,可提高果品品质,增加核桃的经济效益,减轻农民的劳动强度。根据核桃生产实际需求,设计了5T-70型青核桃脱皮机,满足了生产需要,具有良好的推广前景和应用价值。本文介绍了该机的结构与工作原理、主要工作部件设计、参数和特点。
