(一) 专业市场是按照商品分类建立的、与综合市场相对而言的一种市场。我国的专业市场,是自党的十一届三中全会以来,在集贸市场迅速恢复和发展的基础上发展起来的。到1990年底,全国共有集贸市场73857个,成交额2245亿元。其中各类专业市场6236个,成交额343亿元,占集贸市场总成交额的15.28%。专业市场的崛起和迅速发展绝不是偶然的,也不是人们的主观意志所决定的,而是生产力发展的产物。马克思主义政治经济学告诉我们:“交换的深度、广度和方式都是由生产的发展和结构决定的。”(《马克思恩格斯选集》第二卷第102页)我国专业市场的成功实践再次证明了这一真理。
(1) The professional market is a kind of market established in accordance with the classification of commodities and in relation to the integrated market. China’s professional market has developed since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee on the basis of the rapid recovery and development of the country’s trade market. By the end of 1990, there were a total of 73,857 trade markets in the country with a turnover of RMB 224.5 billion. Among them, there are 6236 professional markets of various types, with a turnover of 34.3 billion yuan, accounting for 15.28% of the total trade volume in the country’s trade fairs. The rise and rapid development of professional markets are by no means accidental, nor are they determined by the subjective will of the people, but are the product of the development of productive forces. Marxist political economics tells us: “The depth, breadth, and mode of exchange are determined by the development and structure of production.” (Selected Works of Marx and Engels, Vol. II, p. 102) The successful practice of our professional market proves again. This truth.
