思想政治工作不仅关系到员工素质提高,还关系到企业的和谐稳定。本文从企业员工思想政治教育工作中存在的问题出发,分析了影响企业员工思想政治教育工作的原因,并从提高政工干部的素质、加快企业文化建设、坚持以人为本原则几个方面,探讨了和谐视野下企业员工思想政治教育路径。
