本文系统地研究了热处理对CuMo和CuNiMo系奥贝球铁组织和性能的影响,确定了其最佳热处理工艺规范。发现等温温度是决定组织和性能的关键因素,主要热处理工艺参数对CuMo和CuNiMo系奥贝球铁的影响是类似的。这二系奥贝铁球以最佳热处理工艺规范为基础,允许单一因素在较大范围内变动,仍能获得较好的综合机械性能,故有很高的实用价值。
This article systematically studied the heat treatment of CuMo and CuNiMo Department of Austempered ductile iron microstructure and properties, determine the best heat treatment process specifications. The isothermal temperature was found to be a key factor in determining microstructure and properties. The effect of the main heat treatment process parameters on the ductile irons of CuMo and CuNiMo was similar. These two series of Oubei iron balls are based on the best heat treatment process specification, allowing a single factor to be varied over a wide range and still achieve better overall mechanical properties and therefore have high practical value.
