1915年民国4年乙卯1岁俞致贞,字怡云、一云,女,祖籍浙江绍兴。11月28日(农历十月二十二日)生于北京的儒医世家。祖父俞海泉为清宫御医且精于书法。父亲俞亮忱喜爱书画并富收藏,母亲俞沈明酷爱花卉并亲自培植,生八女一子,致贞排行第二。1922年民国11年壬戌8岁读私塾2年。1924年民国13年甲子10岁在小学读书,读书之馀喜欢赏花、看画。1930年民国19年庚午16岁
