The literary text studied in this paper, “Psalm 137”, highlights the desires and contradictions in the “presentation” or “experience” of language. This poem expresses the historical and cultural experience of important socio-political power and resistance. At the same time, this article also considers it insight into the composition of personality as well as the complex relationship between subject and language, desire and space. In the framework of psychoanalytic theory about sadness, lacking and subjectivity, this paper analyzes the poetic model of this poem, which uses the model to evaluate the poet’s specific role and also discusses the general status of language in subjectivity and cultural composition . As an example of the art of lyric poetry woven into a poetic language such as metaphor, image and rhythm, the poem is reminiscent of the tension between the concept of the Holy Land / homeland and exile. It also emphasizes craving and contradiction - it occurs between the sound of the present and the memory or the home of imagination, a voice that forever reverberates on the abominable, exiled “” here “with the ideal that it is always impossible to achieve Between ”the other". This poem typi- cally exemplifies the role of language in the absence of subjectivity.
