了解医学院学生的体质状况,是探讨并检验以教学为中心的学校体育工作效果的重要途径。为了不断地提高我院体育教学质量,有效地增强学生的体质,改进学校体育管理,提供科学的依据。为此,我们利用本院开设三年体育课的这一严密组织形式,对皖医七九级男生进行了体质的跟踪调研。研究的内容和方法 (一)调查内容七个项目: 1、运动素质项目:100米、1500米和引体向上。 2、形态机能指标:身高、体重、胸围和肺活量。 (二)调查方法: 1、按1979年全国青少年儿体质调查要求进行。 2、100米、1500米、引体向上等身体素质项目的测定,与“锻炼标准”和体育课的考试相结合。在每学年的教学计划中反复出
Understanding the physical condition of medical students is an important way to explore and test the effect of teaching-centered school physical education. In order to continuously improve the quality of physical education in our hospital, effectively enhance the physical fitness of students, improve school sports management, to provide a scientific basis. To this end, we use this closely organized form of three-year physical education classes held by our hospital to conduct a follow-up body-building survey on Anhui Medical students. Contents and methods of the research (I) Investigation contents Seven items: 1. Sport quality items: 100m, 1500m and pull-ups. 2, morphological performance indicators: height, weight, chest and lung capacity. (B) of the survey methods: 1, according to the 1979 National Children’s Physical Fitness Survey requirements. 2,100 meters, 1,500 meters, pull-ups and other physical fitness items measured, and “exercise standards” and physical education exam combined.
