Recently, the central bank issued a public announcement on the credit rating business of credit rating agencies in the inter-bank bond market. The policy of opening the domestic bond market to foreign rating agencies in the 100-day plan of China and the United States officially landed. International rating agencies represented by Moody’s, S & P and Fitch can enter the Chinese bond rating market independently, not just as joint ventures.
