金属陶瓷是由金属基体、陶瓷成份和润滑剂等组成的多元复合材料。本文研究了金属陶瓷的金属基体含量、陶瓷颗粒、润滑剂的含量和粒度等各主要组份对其摩擦磨损性能和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,金属基体含量应不低于75%,SiO2含量为6%、粒度为-300目,石墨含量为10%、粒度为-200目时,材料在100~350℃时的摩擦磨损性能较好。
Cermet is composed of metal matrix, ceramic components and lubricants composed of multiple composite materials. In this paper, the influence of metal matrix content, ceramic particles, lubricant content and particle size on the friction and wear properties and mechanical properties of cermet was studied. The results show that the content of metal matrix should be not less than 75%, the content of SiO2 is 6%, the particle size is -300 mesh, the content of graphite is 10% and the particle size is -200 meshes. it is good.
